My BissyCare

We have collated a library of FAQ’s, guides, documents, and forms to help our clients understand what they can expect from us at BissyCare and provide feedback or report any issues.

  • Our fees and rates are set in accordance with the NDIS Pricing Reference Group and their Price Guide.
The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) releases updates and our current costs are based on the NDIS Price Guide 2022/23 for providers. We encourage you to review the Pricing Guide in its entirety as there is a considerable amount of useful and important detail contained within the Guide. The price guide can be viewed at: https://www.ndis.gov.au/providers/pricing-arrangements

  • We will listen to you and work with you. By working together, you will receive the best service possible. You have rights: to be treated well, to participate fully, to speak out. If we forget this, or do anything you’re not happy with, you have the right to complain.

  • BissyCare will organise to meet with you as soon as you contact us. We will discuss your needs and what services we can provide to meet those needs. We will provide services to you once you have signed your service agreement.

  • A Service Agreement is a document which specifies what services we will be providing to you, our obligations and your rights and responsibilities. Where possible, it will also detail how much funding from your NDIS Plan we will be using.

  • At BissyCare our clients’ preferences and requests are met as often as possible. We will try to always schedule your preferred support worker or nurse. Our staff are from diverse backgrounds, and many speak multiple languages.

  • Your feedback helps us to improve so that you will feel safer, happier and get more out of our services. We will often ask you for feedback. You can also comment or complain at any time. You can email, or phone us, or ask our staff to help and they will make sure the right people get your message. Your complaint will be kept private. When you tell us what you like or don’t like, we will listen and we will change things if we can. You will always receive a reply as quickly as possible. To give you better and better services, we need your feedback. Feedback can be compliments, comments or complaints. We love to hear compliments. That means we are getting it right. If you are happy, we are happy! If you are not happy, tell us. It’s OK to complain. We won’t be angry. So don’t be shy. We need to know how you feel. Help us to do better!

We will always listen and reply to complaints, as quickly as possible.

You can complain anonymously. If you don’t leave your name, we can’t reply to your complaint. But we will still try to make things better.

You can give us feedback by calling us on 08 7089 9001,

    emailing us at: feedback&complaints@bissycare.com.au

or writing to us at: BissyCare & Support Services 27 The Grove Way Salisbury Heights, SA, 5109
