  • Complex Bowel Management

    Our specialised nurses provide support for people experiencing chronic issues with their bowel health such diarrhoea, constipation, or faecal incontinence (passing stool without meaning to)

  • Pressure Area Care

    Pressure injuries are sores (ulcers) that occur on parts of the body which are regularly under pressure. Pressure could be from lying in bed, sitting in a wheelchair, or wearing a cast for a long time. You might also know them as bedsores, pressure sores, or decubitus ulcers.

  • Diabetes Management

    How diabetes is managed is dependent on the type of diabetes and each individual. Our specialist team are able to support you in development and management of a plan.

  • Urinary Catheter Management

    Our nursing team can manage the process of having a catheter for you from insertion to cleaning, changing of bags and ensuring no blockages.

  • Continence Assessment

    A continence assessment is a detailed assessment of how your bladder and bowel function and any issues you have getting to, or using the toilet. Through this process our nurses can determine if you have incontinence and what we can do to assist you.

  • Enteral Feeding & Management

    Enteral feeding is the delivery of liquid nutritional support through a tube inserted into the gastrointestinal tract. It is used for people who are unable to meet their normal nutritional requirements. Our team can assist in the creation of a plan and the management of a feeding routine.

  • Plan Management

    BissyCare offers you a premium plan management solution to maximise your choice and control over your NDIS plan and supports. Our goal is to reduce the pressures associated with paying your service providers and managing your NDIS plan.

  • Specialist Support Coordination

    Our experienced support coordinators can assist with all three levels of support coordination that can be included in your plan.

    They will build your ability to connect with informal and community supports so you to get the most out of your plan and achieve your goals. They’ll work with you to ensure you can live more independently and be included in your community. If your situation is more complex a specialist Support Coordinator will assist you to manage challenges in your support environment to ensure consistent delivery of service.

  • Assist Personal Activity - High Intensity

    The goal of providing this support is to enable participants to live as independently as possible. These supports are provided by a worker with additional qualifications and experience relevant to the participant’s complex needs

  • Assistance with Daily Living / Household Chores

    Our Support Team can assist you with daily living support and household activities such as cooking, meal preparation, cleaning, washing dishes or vacuuming. Our team can help you get on top of daily tasks so you can live your best life at home.

  • Assistance with Social and Community Participation

    Our team can support you to attend activities within the community or join a community group. They can assist you to visit your local library, go to the movies, attend a class or go on a day visit somewhere you are interested in.

  • Transport

    Our team can transport you to and from appointments, shopping or to your daily activities. All vehicles are regularly safety checked and fully insured.

  • Accommodation and Tenancy

    Our team providing the support have skills and experience in housing and tenancy support and can assist you in keeping or finding and securing a place to live.

    Our fully licenced and qualified team can assist you in plumbing or electrical jobs in or around your home to keep you safe and living your best life at home.

  • General Home Maintenance

    Our Home Maintenance team can assist you with tasks around the house from changing lightbulbs, smoke alarm batteries, installing handrails or changing washers in taps.

Aged Care Services

  • Home Care Packages

    Our dedicated team of Nurses and Support Workers can assist you with a range of tasks to live a quality life in your own home.

  • Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP)

    The CHSP is an entry-level home support program to help older people live independently in their homes and communities. It also provides respite services to give carers a break. In CHSP our staff will help you live as independently as possible with a focus on working with you, rather than doing things for you

  • Transition Care Program

    The Transition Care Program provides a range of short-term care services to eligible older people following a hospital stay to help them regain as much independence as possible.

    Services include therapy, nursing support and /or personal care to help regain as much independence as possible and assist to make long term care and support arrangements.

  • Short-Term Restorative Care Program

    Short-term restorative care is designed to help you reverse or slow the difficulties you are having with everyday tasks.

    Our health professionals will help you manage or adapt to your changing needs which may involve a program of activities and exercises to improve strength and balance. It may also mean arranging access to mobility aids, a dietician to help you prepare nutritious meals, or installing minor modifications around the house such as bathroom rails.

  • Palliative Care

    Palliative care is specialized medical care delivered by our dedicated team for people living with a serious illness, such as cancer or heart failure. Our care is person and family-centred for someone with a life limiting illness, with the primary goal to optimise their quality of life.

    Palliative care is concerned with identifying and treating symptoms that may be physical, emotional, spiritual or social.
